Not less than 5 men of the Nigerian Army were killed last Friday when they were Ambushed by bokoharam insurgents in Zamfara state.

Though The identities of the slain soldiers was unknown, but information from a strong source revealed that they were since been given a Mass burial.

The northern elites are funding Boko Haram in a big way. A friend of mine in the Army and stationed in the north east told me about the ambush. He said he ran and hid for three days in the dense forest and drank only his urine throughout the three days. OP, not five but many. Many soldiers were killed, some soldiers were captured alive to be butchered by Boko haram. Nigeria Army is joking with people's lives. they are well funded but they can't even kit their soldiers properly. my only beef is, that friend of mine is Igbo. I warned him thoroughly against joining the NA but he refused. I have never stopped praying for him since he was deployed to the north east a year ago and God has been faithful.
