Y is it that only Ogun border and other borders within s/w and s/e are d ones being mentioned? It may interest u to know that borders in d n/w and n/e are still as porous as ever. Mind u a bag of foreign rice in Kano is sold for 16k per 50kg bag. And even in d northern region, u still see cars not registered and no uniformed man stops same to ask for papers.
