Good morning house,
I don't know the right section to post this so let me drop it here.
I opened an account with fcmb and after some months I went to collect the atm card so I could be able to withdraw.
They requested for my bvn, they checked and said I will not be given atm card because the name that is registered with is (not real name) Emeka adekunle ciroma instead of Emeka ciroma adekunle. They said the name must align with each other.
When I asked for remedy, they said I should bring affidavit and police report that I am the same person.
Pls who knows how I should handle this situation without going to police or swearing affidavit. Because this is a simple situation and I don't understand why they are making it difficult. Or they don't know their jobs....
Mods Pls I will appreciate if this can be put to front page for easy solution.
