I suggest we go back to using the flanks but refined. Get fast paced wingers in the mould of TJ Babangida, Finidi and Amuneke, which Osaze can be groomed to fit. 4231 works very well with wing play which Sia1 can look into.

i feel like they will do a better job unlike a foreign coach who doesn't really care if we lose because he will just get another job with another african country's national team

Oliseh has coaching experience too, he coached 2 div 2 teams in Belgium, i bet he also has coaching certificates.
