A Chinese woman has been fined in the Philippines for wearing a bikini that was deemed by observers as being too small for the size of the culprit's delectable gluteous maximus.

Now, in my official capacity as a Board Certified Bikini Inspector of many years good standing, I have studied the picture of the offending bikini long and hard, before arriving at the learned conclusion that the police who issued that citation were patently WRONG in their hasty interpretation of the law, and therefore should NOT have confronted the innocent woman who was merely going about her lawful business as a tourist on the beach.

From a technical standpoint, any bikini that covers the landing strip is legal in all jurisdictions word-wide, with the possible exception of Afghanistan and Pakistan, where darkness still reigns supreme. Furthermore, if there is NO landing strip to cover, then the bikini can be as tiny as the wearer chooses.

The Oracle has spoken, and one can only hope that Nigerian women with toned bodies will learn some beach fashion tips from this incident in the Philippines.
