I met a girl in early 2018 and she started showing interest in me. I must confess she is a very beautiful girl and that attracted me to her. I must say, she is a very possessive woman. I seemed the more I did all these things, the more she held on to me and became even more possessive and yet I was suffering inside. But how do you want me to stay faithful when I can't even have proper sex with you and the prospect of getting a child if I marry you is difficult.

I weighed the options and decided to quit the relationship now that she is healthy again. I knew I have to at least leave her with a means of survival so I said I will leave the apartment for her with whatever furniture is in it, and pay some money to her account which she can use to maintain her business.

dude, are you serious, i thought when you knew she came out positive, you would have ran away, it seems you are still having sex with her...wait there till you contact the disease.

so basically, she is also cheating with men who might be also negative even after knowing her status. This is high risk situation

i dont know how you guys do it but as i write to you, i feel like vomiting, i was thinking, you might have gone your away from her to be on a safer side.

This is 2019, imagine if you were positive and she was negative, do you think she will still be with you.

Simply change location without letting her know your new base. I am aware that a positive/negative partner can live safe lives and have negative kids, but the psychological fear attached to living with a positive partner is not a small thing. So if you have made up your mind to quit, give her all the assistance possible before you quit. I heard HIV people have sites where they do hook-ups, she can look for a positive man and marry if no negative man wants to marry her.
