Passersby and the people around the Toronto Hospital area of Onithsha had to scamper for safety when a tanker carrying PMS fell in the ditch at the middle of the Express and immediately caught fire. It was ensure at the time of filing this report whether there were any casualties, neither could it be ascertained the circumstances that lead to the midday mishap which made the people of the area to run for safety. Some commuters had to abandon their vehicles and escaped for safety in frenzy hurriedness.
