It reported from various hadith that the prophet SAW used to perform the following rites on the day of jumu'ah. 1. Recitation of suratul Kahf. 2. Taking Ritual Bath. 3. Shortening the nails. 4. Putting on white and clean cloths. 5. Putting perfume. 6. Saying the salatu alan nabiy. 7. Visiting families and freinds e.t.c. may Allah give us the strenght to perform all these sunnahs.
