Just google samples/templates of the particular type of Affidavit you'll like to do. if you have anyone that studied law around you then it's all easier and better. Affidavits can be dicey so Make sure an expert sees it before it gets stamped so you don't eventually wastes money on stamping.

Thanks. I just want to get an affidavit for a lost airtel sim card and I don't want to be so affected by the racketeering going on around our courts these days.
