1. front end user, must be able to use the following:

HTML?JS?CSS
working with web application, specialising in the user interface product
experience in using adobe photoshop fireworks, flash to produce designs and slicing of web image
great working knowledge of atleast one web/template based lang with PHP ( JSP, ASP advantage)

qualification
B.sc/hnd/ond
skill in phpmysql, wamp server Ftp
2 years experience
Ability to comm to non technical staff.



2. Backend developers

create relational database for designed interface and scripting to connect the interface to the interface
develop content mgt system
create of form to a database
managing of backend issues of existing clients sites
Assist in creation of the system design and functional specification for all new development project
manage web and client server.
