[size=18pt]Army send warning to criminals[/size] News Nov 12, 2010 By Evelyn Usman & Kingsley Ndimele The 9 Brigade of the Nigerian Army, Ikeja Cantonment, Lagos, yesterday, dared unscrupulous individuals in the state to test its capability, particularly during the yuletide season, saying it would not leave any stone unturned in carrying out its constitutional responsibility. Apparently living up to its promise it, yesterday, paraded nine persons among them a thirteen year-old girl arrested with arms and dangerous weapons. The suspects, who identified themselves as members of the outlawed Odua Peoples Congress, OPC, told journalists that they were going for a meeting when they were arrested. They reportedly commandeered a commercial bus and drove against traffic when men of OP Messa accosted them, during which a search conducted on the vehicle revealled the weapons, weeds suspected to be Indian Hemp and charms.
