DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY: You will be responsible to the President /CEO and the Management in the day to day running of the office. Various other duties will be assigned to you from time to time which will include but not limited to;

• Providing support to every operations job as at when required.
• Assisting the Operations Manager in every day to day assigned operation.
• Update internal operation procedures document as needed.
• Support the Operations Manager in managing and resolving operational issues.
• Help in coordinating and executing company business strategies.
• Work with the Operations Manager in providing excellent customer service.
• Ensuring the head office is conducive and properly kempt at all times.
• Providing general office administrative support.
• Securing / Sourcing and administering business opportunities for the company at all time.
• Your goal is to enhance the capacity of the organization to perform profitably at ALL times.
