You are probably using a third party theme or font... Use themes or fonts from the theme Store and you won't experience any such issues...

Pls gurus in the house, how do i stop WhatsApp message notification tone from interfering with my music when i am listening to music on my Redmi 8. Like when i am listening to music and a message drops in any group i belong, the music volume will immediately go low and go back to the normal level after a second or thereabout which i don't like. I want it so only for direct messages which i can attend to very fast but doesn't want it for group messages.
