This is a 3 day training and preparation for the IIEMA Certified Professional in Enterprise Management (CPEM) ® Exams. It is an intensive hands on knowledge transfer in enterprise operations and strategy management, it is a detailed acquisition of skills and knowledge required in Enterprise management to passing the exams in one sitting. The Instructors have a minimum of 15 years’ experience managing enterprise operations and mentorship in various areas of the 21st century business enterprise. The training will cover all enterprise processes end – end, including the enterprise framework with guides from the enterprise management book of knowledge (EMBOK).

I’m a graduate of Delta state university 3rd class honors in medical biochemistry. 28 years of age, Married with kids. I have no interest in this field and currently I’m not employed But I’m building my own brand online in buying and selling of cryptocurrencies and gift cards. I want to expand this brand and even be able to do more. How can IEMA assist me and how do I join ? What’s the cost and duration ? I prefer physical training I don’t mind coming to Lagos I’m from Warri.
