For a start, all this is a function of what your mind focuses on. If you ain’t strategic and systematic on what you focus on per time, your environment will do that for you.

Do you have talents and skills you’re passionate on developing? There are a lot of fulfilling things to focus on that’ll barely give you time to dwell on sexual thoughts.

Another trick the mind plays on a typical human is this...you’re easily attracted to what you don’t have (e.g. that hot shapely chick at church or work or down the street) but when you eventually get it... you despise it, or at best you’re neutral to it (e.g no matter how nice your mum or sisters dress, nothing moves you). What’s the difference? Familiarity which eventually breeds contempt or neutrality.


It’s a mind trick, snap out of it.


In summary;

a) Fill up your mind with mentally stimulating activities that’ll develop your personality and be of help to others. That way, you’ll barely have time to dwell on sexual thoughts.

Now understand that the easiest technique is to not even allow this to begin to work. This is a scientific fact, you can confirm that. What that means is you start getting stupid and the one in your legs gets more energized. The more energized it is, the more its ability to draw more energy, like a chain reaction in radioactivity, this builds up until you're no longer thinking. The equation is literally like a chain reaction bro., so the easiest time to take control is in the beginning before blood starts rushing down there and even if you slip, the earlier you take control the better.
