As a good Secretary of State, he must ensure that Mr. President and his Deputy are always in agreement in fostering the Objectives of the Country. In a situation where Mr. President authorised and approved N16.8billion for 15000 new Police Recruits, It's necessary that Abba Kyari clears with the VP for any amendment to the approval. |
