Security operatives seen shooting sporadically as the cart away ballot boxes from polling booths in Lokoja, Kogi state. According to an eyewitness, he claimed Governor Yahaya Bello and his Chief of Staff came with well kitted an heavily armed Police officers and started shooting to scare away people before carting away with ballot boxes in the white hilux van and a black SUV.
