One of the most common activity that ties down cash in business is selling on credit.

Hear me:

To operate a business that would thrive well on credit sales, you need structures, else you would most likely be giving out credit more than your business capacity, which can eventually ruin your business. .
.
It's important that you always make provision for bad debt when selling on credit. .
.
I want to admonish you today that even if you have to sell on credit, ensure it's not more than 30% of the funds you have to trade with. .
.
If 70% of your sales is on credit, you are really taking a huge risk, which is why I want you to have a rethink.

If you are reading this, and you really are tired of selling your product on credit, please try this. .
.
To avoid credit sales in your business, then be ready to give additional value that people are dying to get and people will pay on a cash and carry basis. .
.
When I started airtime business 13years ago, selling on credit was the order of the day, but I resolved not to tow that path.

Hence, I never sold on credit, but continually made good sales. .
.
It was funny, though, but usually, customers would use credit collected from other distributors to purchase from me. So, I was constantly selling out fast.

I hope this has helped.
