The issue has been overflogged.I wonder why blackface had to wait this long to file a court case over an alleged song theft.Unfortunately for him,his hesistancy over the years to do the needful will only diminish the credibility of his allegation.It is a shame that someone as tremendously talented as blackface failed to reach the peak of his career just because he keep blaming another man for his debacles.

It is painful if someone steals your credit, but attitude is everything in life and Blackface has over the years shown that he doesn't have a good one. He is crying over just one song, Tuface has gone ahead to release several hits. Is Blackface crying over those ones too. If he is good as he claims, he should have released at least one good song to prove that he is better than Tuface.

Highest that can come out of this is that he will win this case, get compensation and end up squandering the money while Tuface remains the legend he truly is.
