Also, don't think that you need expensive supplies to achieve certain results. You can get excellent tips on this on YT, social media, and elsewhere.

Also, op if you haven't explored it you might want to look into drawing for product designers, game designers, and others in the planning/pitching/funding stage.

All of them are beautiful but I suggest you go like DaVinci, Mechelingo and co. That's hiding secret meanings into a plain painting rather than concentrating on painting faces.

I draw faces based on commissions I get but when I draw for personal self expression, I draw other images with concepts . But sadly,I've been too busy these days to do some personal conceptual works

The art of drawing is to show that you have what it takes to replicate things with pencil on canvas.
