You don't know the way to otigba? It's 2019.pc games are now digital distribution only . I dont think you will find any pc game for sale as disks.

I assume it is pirated games.take your hard drive and go to otigba.you will find people with isos and installers on hard drives.do not buy cds or dvds. They are almost always poor quality that will not install because of bad sectors or worse, mislabeled.
The last time I was in otigba, 5 years ago, it was a 1k to 1k5 per game if I recall.depends on your bargaining power
