please I need help to get relieved of this chest pain, I feel pains in my chest bones when I turn sideways done xray, visited the doctor and he said it's just my shoulder muscles which since four months he told me that, I still feel d pain. have taken drugs both herbal but no changes yet please can someone give me a clue on what to do. am just scared Note: I don't smoke, I seldomly consume alcohol |

Change your bed and pillow or sleeping position . Avoid fan and AC for now. If the pains persist after 3 weeks, then u get wahala |
