richie240: Why was son in parentheses? Could it be that you suspect GEJ is actually Ijaw and not Igbo? Saying he's Igbo because he favoured Ndigbo is akin to saying Buhari is Yoruba b'cos he's favouring them much more than Igbos! Besides, a power-lusting and medieval-minded jihadist like you and yours are in no position to accuse anyone of being greedy! You lot have held on to power the most; have used nepotism and blatant favouritism to corner most critical appointments and federally-enabled projects/establishments to your region; and used state-backed monoplistic policies to favour your entrepreneurs the most.....so just how the fuc/k can you accuse others of being greedy and keep a straight face? As we speak, you're shamelessly angling to position yet another visionless northerner (most likely another Fulani) for 2023! Talk about greed in its crudest form! 3 Likes |

IGBOSON1: lol..... Very ignorant comment.. Your forefathers were in power then and they are still in power today, power is not limited to any region in Nigeria or the presidency. Your own leaders that you send to Abuja with your own votes, love and support are part of the government, they participate and make decisions at the national level with leaders from other parts of Nigeria, they attend FEC meetings where they make decisions, allocate money and federal projects on behalf of Hausa, Ibo and Yoruba. They don't teach you, people social studies in your part of Nigeria ni? Btw, you don't have Hausa or Yoruba people ruling you and managing you in your states in the SE so how better are your SE states than the rest of Nigeria? Are your SE states that your own ibo leaders control better or they are like Dubai? They are part of the good, the bad and ugly about Nigeria. lol @ locked up the solution to Nigeria's' problems in 1966, like some sadistic. barbaric ibo killers and cowards slaughtering Nigerians from other ethnic groups.? You need to keep quiet sometimes.. 2 Likes |

plaindealer: Jeeeez, is there no end to your idiocy!? We're talking of Nigeria dummy.....not a state or region where governance and items on the concurrent list of the constitution could be addressed by the state/regional gov'ts! Dude, you don't need to comment just for the heck of it even when you don't know what the fuc/k you're talking about! You do even more damage to what's left of your tattered reputation with each subsequent post you make! What's the makeup of the federal legislature in terms of the distribution of seats between the south-east/south-south members and the APC/'one-Nigeria' members from the core-north and south-west? When (or if) you answer this question, it would begin to dawn on you just how daft you sound in your third paragraph! '.....barbaric ibo killers and cowards slaughtering Nigerians from other ethnic groups.?' I can't believe a medieval-minded, jihadist thug from the terrorist bedevilled core muslim north has the gall to call the peaceful Igbo 'barbaric, cowardly slaughterers of Nigerians'! You gotta be kidding me....seriously! Dude get the fuc/k outta here if you have nothing sensible to post! 3 Likes |

[s] IGBOSON1:[/s] Typical ignorant ipob nonsense. No, I was talking about Somalia. Are you high on Tramadol? Are ibo people part of the federal government? Yes or No? Yes, they are. Are your ipob states that ibo people are in control of better than the rest of Nigeria? No, they are not. You talk like a toddler. |

plaindealer: Bleep/ing degenerate! We're discussing the possibilities of reversing back to the pre-'66 status-quo! Now just how the hell can Igbo in the legislature or in the executive effect that change with the present dynamics at play and the numbers they currently have? The discussion is about you scumbags pretending nothing can be done to change the present political structure of the country because 'the Igbos sent out Nzeogwu and Ironsi to upset the status-quo in 1966'! This is your accusation! The question has now been asked, how come Igbos have not been in power ever since while you sad lot have greedily monopolised power at the centre for the greater part of the period ever since, yet you have not bothered to restore the federal structure (Ironsi did not centralise the fiscal aspects of the federation....just the command-and-control aspects seeing as it was a military regime).....you've not bothered to restore the true federal structure of the country you accuse Ironsi of cancelling? Just what is it that Ironsi did that cannot be undone from the times of the subsequent military regimes to date? Could it be you scumbags actually feel comfortable with things as they are and are just pretending, and see blaming Igbos grandparents of the '60s as a way to deflect responsibilty and blame for your actions? You now stupidly go off on a tangent saying Igbos have been part of gov't ever since and are in 'control' of their states/regions (of course the nature and extent of this control is up for debate), while igbnoring the fact that this still doesn't give them the leeway to sinlehandedly change the structure of the federation back to its pre'66 settings! I had to spell this out for you b'cos you're quite dishonest, slippery and evasive....always going round in circles and not addressing the issue at hand! Once again, how does Igbos being in 'control' of their states/region and being part of the federal legislature and executive give them the numbers and leverage to change things at the centre? Tell me? In any case, it's a known fact that the Igbo elite in gov't are not singing from the same hymn sheet as majority of Ndigbo back home! The massive following Mazi Kanu got and the huge numbers that attended his rallies when he was in Nigeria are testament to this fact! So what say you dumbo? 3 Likes 1 Share |

[s] IGBOSON1:[/s] Your lot have been in power since then! So how come you haven't changed things back to how they were. Just shut the hell up. You said your lot have been in power since 1966 and I gave you a little piece of education, your ibo leaders are part of the government, they are equally responsible the good the bad and the ugly in Nigeria. So your ibo lot are in power too. Again, your ibo leaders are solely in control of your ibo states so how better are they than the rest of Nigeria? They are not better than the poorest states in Nigerian. Keep up with the rubbish that you spew.. 1 Like |

AghaAguike: The country remains one because every country would like a coast line. Alot of nations have to subsize poorer regions with taxes. The mineral resource revenue issue is present in alot of countries. I'd recommend prisoners of geography if you like to learn more. The country survives without oil through industry and making more secondary products. There's other primary sector like mining Nigeria hasnt really tapped. |

wwwihy:Thank You for taking your time to educate these ignorant Children that have never crossed the borders in their lives, Mumus don't understand that Nigeria is respected in the world not because of oil, but for the size of its population, a 190 million Negroes in one place is no joke, they should go back and listen to what Malcom X said about us after visiting Nigeria in 1965. United we stand, no matter what anyone feels, Nigeria is one indivisible Nation, it will still be in existence, long after we become extinct, so whoever is still in doubt should try to be the best he can be, and get with the program. 3 Likes 1 Share |

[s] Greenback:[/s] I know, your tribalistic and bigoted headache is always about the North and other people, never about your own states and villages. This is all you people do, start topics to abuse, denigrate and insult other people. Where is the sense and logic in talking about the North and oil money when your poor states are equally feeding on oil money, your federal roads and bridges are from oil money, your allocations and salaries are from oil money, your fed reps and stair constituency project funds are funded with oil money, so are you better than the North? What are you producing that's worth more than what the North produces? This topic was started to as usual abuse and insult other people, this is all you people do, you can not eat, breath and exist without tribalism, bigotry and hatred. Your rubbish thread backfired. 1 Like |
