The news was confirmed by one of his children, Ivie a few hours ago. Daniel Uwadiae the Edo State-born actor, gave up the ghost yesterday.

This news is coming just four days after it was reported that another veteran Nollywood actor and filmmaker, Theodore Anyanji, had died in Lagos State.

The later according to reports battled a heart and kidney-related ailment for months before passing away a few days ago.
Sadly, this will be the second death that has hit the Nollywood industry in less than one week.
