Car tracking or trackers are often relatively expensive, however if you cherish your car in a place relatively unsafe, its safe to police your car no matter the cost, least you are brought down to ground Zero.

If you have a car you cherish and need a relatively cheap means of tracking, all you need is sacrifice of a good cheap android phone. it could be new or used.

1. You will need to register the phone on your google account.

2. You must test the phone severally before secretly mounting it into the car.

3. Get an electrical engineer to work a USB charging point to any hidden location you want to hide the phone in the car... Maybe boot, inside the dashboard, under the seat, anywhere.

4. Set the phone power on and off to anytime of your choice, the phone will charge itself whenever the car is running. you can take out the phone say weekly for routine maintenance.

5. Ensure the Phone is strictly placed on silent, you can call the phone from time to time to ensure its ON and working.

With this simple formats, you can safely hide a phone in a well secured place in your vehicle, If and If the car gets missing, all you need to do is get another phone or a system. log into your google account, or use this link ( https://myaccount.google.com/find-your-phone ) it will direct you straight to all your synchronized account. The hidden Phone will be safely tucked somewhere in the missing car. all you need to do #3. quickly track the phone.

You may decide not to always activate data on the phone, however always ensure the data is ON even if there is no Data. at this point all you need is activate data either from a vendor or bank account or any other alternative way. Remember the phone is always on silent, so it makes no message noises. Once data gets activated on the phone, it synchronizes and you can communicate with it.

It will give you the phone Co-ordinate as in #4 above and give you pictures of any big building or land marks around where the vehicle is parked, if the vehicle is on motion, your google map will display the movement of the vehicle, it will display the speed at which the vehicle is moving and you can simply track, block and retrieve your vehicle before its late, or dismantled.
