DISTRESS CALL FOR AN URGENT INTERVENTION IN ENUGU STATE UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY!!!

Enugu State University of Science And Technology (ESUT) just Impose a sudden development levy on all the students of the school which is as follows...
(a) Medicine and surgery :#300,000
(b) Pharmacy:#250,000
(c) Medical Laboratory Science:#250,000
(d) Law:#250,000
(e) Nursing Science: #150,000
(f) Other programs in the university: #50,000

we condemn this Extortion entirely because this Levy is an attempt to unequivocally increase crime amongst students in our dear Citadel of Learning.
What will be the Faith of our parents who struggle to pay their Wards School fees?
What will be the faith of those hardworking students who denied themselves comfort in order to pay the high school fees of ESUT?.

The management should know that many of her students pay their bills without anybody's intervention.

There was a Time that the school management forced the year 1 student to pay the sum of #15,000 for matriculation and no one stood against it.
Lecturers Extort money from students by making text books compulsory.Imagine forcing students to buy textbook that worth #2,500 each for Ten courses every semester.Without the school management doing anything about it and without them considering the high cost of living in the school area.

Can the School management tell us why they failed to conduct students Union Government election in the past academic session?.
Because as it stands now the School management decides on everything that is happening in ESUT.,

For those who may say that this does not concern them,should remember the word of 'Martin De Murner (1946 Germany).

Wetherefore oppose this Levy and illegal extortion by the school management and lecturers.I want to use this great medium to call on the attention of the Federal Government, State Government, National Association of Nigerian students (NANS) both State and National Body, NANS ZONE B leaders and National Association of Enugu state Students and all reasonable people in Nigeria to critically look into this Matter before things go wrong in Enugu state University of Science and Technology.

We should carefully take a bold step in correcting this madness in our ESUT, because a day will come when we will wake up and realized that ESUT School fees is now #250,000..

Dear Governor,Our Peace loving Leader His Excellency Rt. Hon. Dr. Ifeanyi Lawrence Ugwuanyi, Please come to our rescue.
