The one Jumia has is for Device protection but i think it doesnt cover theft, just damage including screen damage.

SLOT has none for now, I just spent 375,000 that i could have gotten on JUMIA for 310k and i cold have also bought the device protection for less than 18k

I am pissed right now

SLOT is a rip-off. I have receipts and evidence to back up what ayam saying.

Even on their SLOT wesbsite, they have it like they still offer the service...they used to have same service with IGI but according to them, "it was not paying them and they stopped"

Sadly this was after i purchased the phone....

You need brain check. Screen damage indeed. So if you carelessly break your screen you expect it to be replaced free . Go buy screen protector and stop ranting.

Jumia has the service. I only pointed out slot doesn't and the phones are overpriced.

With jumia its optional when u buy phone and small premium and they give u insurance if u want

I beg to differ. If bought brand new, Samsung warranty covers your screen damage also. I stand to be corrected though. Make sure you keep your receipt safe.

Meanwhile, call this number 0800 726 7864, that's Samsung Nigeria Support Centre and have them run you through activating your device warranty with Samsung. Best you call within a month or 3months of phone usage. Not sure which again.
