A Nigerian man identified as Ejike Ofoegbu has taken to Facebook to recount what looks stranger than fiction but true life encounter with a supposed ghost at a bank.Sharing his encounter, Ejike Ofoegbu narrated his bizarre encounter with a man he met at the restroom of a popular bank who had slumped and died years back in the bank after his bank account was declared as frozen.

Read his post below;

I never believed dead men work again until what I saw today made me to believe so, I have never encounter spirit until today.

I walked in to my bank to fix the issues am having with my bank, I won’t say the name of the bank to avert unnecessary conflict.

When I walked in, there were many people in the bank, so I waited for my turn to reach, along the long wait, I decided to use their toilet, as I was about to walk into the toilet, I saw a man who walked pass me, he walked into the toilet before me, so I stayed in front of the door waiting for him.

for good five minutes this man is still in the toilet, to make case more scary for me, the man was standing, which means he wasn’t really going to toilet. I knocked in the door again “ gbom!! gbom!!! Sir please am still waiting for you” I said, he then closed the toilet door completely, and that was were the demonic power came in, the sound I was hearing before all stop, I stand there for more 10 minutes, I decided to open the door gently, until the door was widely open, the man was nowhere to be found, to my surprise, the water sink tap was running, the power bank I saw him enter with was there, but no trace of the man.

I met the security, I told him what just happened, he was shocked, he told me, did I really saw that, he now also explained to me, that their night duty security always said that a man always Enter that toilet at night, he wanted to took me to their manager, I refused.

With my investigations, I later learned that in 2017 February a man died in that bank, he was requesting for his money sized by the bank, when the bank told him that his money has been fortified by the government, he collapsed and died in the bank instantly

With so much scared in my heart, I rushed home, I unlocked the door, but the door didn’t open, I felt like someone was holding it from inside, I asked myself what was happening, because I didn’t get all this drama, I heard a voice from inside that said, “ never tell anyone what you saw or happened today” I rushed to call my friend, when we rushed back, the door was already opened.

Right now am on my way to Lagos till I get myself, because I feel like am in the under world now.

My Dad once saw his late mum at Ita Oku market in ogun state selling eko. His mum asked him what he was doing there and he should never come to Ita Oku again. My Dad raced to meet my mom in the car where they had parked waiting for him to go buy something.
I personally have seen one and I know people who have seen ghost before...
I can say confidently that Ghost is real but I will wait for my fellow brethren who will come and flood this place with "Africans & their superstitious believe" Ghost is Real!

The devil is trying hard to deceive people into believing that the dead are still alive.

The dead are unconscious, thoughtless and powerless as indicated below..
Gen 3:19
Ecclesiastes 9:5,6,10
Psalms 146:4

Whatever thing like the OP is trying to explain is a play act of the devil and his demons trying to deceive people that the dead are not really dead. He had lied to Eve that she won't die (Gen 2:4), hence trying hard to backup his claim.

More like a ventriloquist does using cartoon characters to deceive unsuspecting children that I.e Tom and Jerry are real characters, the devil is still trying to deceive millions of people.

Why would a dead man die leaving behind all his wealth and family only to go and start all over again somewhere if he were real?

Why would he disappear at the slightest knowledge someone has identified him?

Demonic powers are real and at work but God's is the ultimate. Do not fall for this cheap trick of the devil cos he wants to cajole you into spiritism, divination, sorcery, magic and looking for omens. Things that could enslave you for the rest of your life. ( Deu 13:10,11 Acts 19:18,19 )

I learnt that things like this actually happeens. People who died accidentally are said to move to another place in some cases. They assume another body. In some cases, they get married, have children and live normal lives. But once seen by a known person to them, they disappear. And can never be seen again. I equally learnt that when a sharp object is used to cut the person maybe before he notices a familiar person, black coloured blood comes out and the person won't vanish again.

What people call a 'ghost' is actually the manifestation of a familiar spirit/demon making use of & inhabiting the body of a dead human to materialize in the human world - Without a human host, a demon/familiar spirit cannot experience human life which is something they desire because it gives them form and substance which they otherwise do not possess.

The best way for these spirits to achieve this, is to take hold of and use the earthly/physical body of a human either by demonic possession while the human is yet alive, or by inhabitation after a human dies - the latter is preferred because it grants them total control while in the former, they can be driven out anytime.

It is thus VERY IMPORTANT to perform funeral rites on a dead person to prevent familiar spirits/demons from using their physical essence as a way into the human world. Many religions and cultures do this in various ways.
People who die and are not given their proper rites are usually almost the perfect tools for familiar spirits, because their physical body is not protected against them. There was a story here recently from a guy who said his friend's father had died in the Biafran war but somehow he returned home and continued living with his family - this is a very believable sorry because soldiers who die in battle are either burned completely (cremated) or given proper funeral rites if their remains cannot be transported back to family, this is a common practise everywhere in the world. It is possible the Biafran soldier in that story wasn't given any of those.

'Cremation' used to be one of the most effective methods of preventing inhabitation by familiar spirits/demons in ancient history, although it is becoming more popular.

As far as ghosts go, what you can see with human eyes is the actual physical form of a dead person, but make no mistake, the entity powering that body is a familiar spirit/demon and NOT the actual soul of the human.

I barely sleep at night talk more of staying dead. Not happening...

I know for a fact that if I die in this hustle, I will roam the world as a ghost till I finish my lists.

You are talking about what Yorubas call Akudaya

They are real but it's not actually how people think it. People think it's the dead person coming back.

But no! Once a person is dead, he is dead and judgement starts (in his grave)

Actually, we humans were created with a jinn and Angel from birth. The Angel is the one that tries to incline us towards good and the jinn is the one that tries to incline us towards bad.

But when we die, these two creatures have longer life spans. they still exist so they find their respective ways.

So the Angel is given another task to do or he joins his fellow Angels or so.

But the Jinn also lives life like his fellow jinns. So the jinn may choose to stay at the graveyard because they naturally like to stay at dirty places. That's why there's a popular myth that at some point in time, dead people wake up in cemeteries and they communicate or run around or so. It's not actually the dead people. It's the jinns.

And that jinn, having knowing you from birth and everything about you, may decide to change into your form and start living like you in another part of the world where they don't know you (I mean the dead person) as jinns can transform to human form or animals and so on. they have that power

They always choose a place where that actual person wasn't known when he was alive so that people who know that person will not be disturbing them.

That's the reason why they usually disappear when they meet someone who knows that face.

That's the reason why your grandmother supposedly was telling your father to never come back. The jinn doesn't want your father around so he won't be causing disturbance or distress for the new lifestyle it has chosen for itself.

They always don't want to be seen or met by people who knew that actual person when he or she was alive.

However, all these that I've written is gotten from Islamic theology. You are free to reject if you want to.

Peace!

Actually ghost are real.I remember when in school my friends mum was doing some ghostly stunts at the staff BQ ...I wasn't even aware my friends mum was sick and had just passed. She was asking for her son and left me a message to take care of her son's that she was travelling. Anyway when I got back to my senses I noticed the gate was locked from inside , so I was thinking how she came in. I told my friend I was relocating to the hostel, but then his uncle told him his mum had passed on.
The recent one I had happened at the Atm spot,i can call him a ghost sha,but a guidance Angel. He just appeared from a spot I was looking out of no where. Then I was having the excruciating pain,so I was only waiting for baba God to say oti ya,so he said he need some cash,so I prayed to God if he is from him,he should ask for a particular figure which he did, while praying for me.The world is feel with a lot of mysteries I don't even want to mention some

I have not seen a ghost physically before but I know I had a close encounter with one when my mom's younger sister died in 2010. We were very close so I was very sad when she died of car accident. But my sorrow was short lived as I started seeing her in my dreams every night. We will play, talk. She will even tell me sometimes that she's sorry she couldn't be with me in the real world.
I was 21 at the time so I can say I know what was happening to me.
Another funny part is, whenever I think about her and feel like I miss her, I'll doze off in the next minute and there she was again... It continued for 2 months.

Everything scattered when I told my mom and she took it personal. She took me to church and prayer jammed prayer. She insisted I put bible under my pillow and made sure I did. That was the end.
I still miss her though. She's an angel.

So the ghost followed him to his house to warn him not to broadcast his ordeal and he was scared yet he ran to Facebook to share the story.

Someone said he might have temporarily lost it while waiting at the toilet door and I'm beginning to believe it. undecided

This is how the ghost issue happens, when someone close to you dies and you are not told, there are 100 percentage possibility that the ghost of that person would appear, to you, in most cases if the dead person, died before his or her time.

Apart from these your Bible Stories which only one quarter of the world believe even without them having any proof, do you have any verifiable proof or a living witness who can support your point with what he or she has seen?
