Late Chief Ufot Ekaete , the pioneer minister of Niger Delta and former Secretary to the federal Government was buried today at his home town in Onna Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State. Those in Onna LGA to pay their last respect are Ex President Olusegun Obasanjo,Current SFG Boss M.,former head of service,Akwa Ibom State Governor H.E Udom Emmanuel,Senator Godswill Akpabio,Senator Albert Bassey,Nsima Ekere,and a host of others too numerous to mention.May his soul rest in peace.

Akpabio went there to represent the Ministry of Niger Delta because the Late Chief Ekaete was the Pioneer minister of that ministry
