Finger foods are commonly referred to as small chops in Nigeria. Back in the day these were limited to Battered Fish, Mini Sausage Rolls, Snails, Peppered Gizzards, Barbecue Goat Meats (Asun), Puff Puffs etc. But some imported world recipes have joined the Small Chops community in Nigeria these days.
