So I've been getting these pulses at random places in my body for almost 2 years.

It is just like the way the heart beats, but at a faster and stronger intensity. They do last an average of 2 to 5 seconds.

It started from my chest (I think) just close to my heart beat spot, then I started feeling it in my arm, hand, leg, butt, head, thighs.

It doesn't happen everyday, maybe once in a week or 2 weeks.

When it first started it was soft and almost like it wasn't there, but I could feel it.

Now they've become bolder, and I don't just feel it but can see it move with a stronger intensity.

I've seen a doctor and he didn't really say much. He just said maybe it is stress.

Has anyone experienced something like this? Should I be worried or something?

Have you checked your blood pressure? Start from there. Incorporate daily (I did not say five times a week, I said every day.) exercise into your lifestyle and pray it is not a blockage in any of your arteries.

You need to go in for an ECG (electrocardiogram) test.

I did this with the other hospital I went to.

And the doctor said nothing was wrong.

Maybe I'd try another hospital then.

Excessive exercise will only increase the pulse rate.
Go for electrocardiogram test instead. I don't trust all this Nigerian docs. at all.
If there is enough money,try different hospitals.
