This headline is misleading.... The story is not complete... If you ever own a betting shop or your a player . you will find the story highly inconsistent with realities on ground. No shop owner will take the risk of cashing out your game that is running into millions without your permission. Because the game can end up playing and it would show that he has cashed out.. Also cash out is not checked in secrecy. It is in the opened for the ticket owner to see... ..

Pure scam or wickedness from the agent jor. Even the worst bookmaker, bet9ja, will give you cash out since the next phase of games (in this case, just one game) is coming up the next day.
