privatising Refinery on concession yes but privatising NNPC is quite wrong in all manner NNPC handles meaning NNPC handles JV with IOC and local OML owners, they engage in intercountry trade and over sees all downstream opreations of product supply.. should we be unfurtunate to sell NNPC like we sold NEPA the buyers would show us hell

Buhari was the Commissioner of Petroleum, responsible for signing the contract to build the Kaduna refineries in 1978, the execution and construction of the refinery was started and completed by the Shagari government. Buhari is the current minister of petroleum resources yet there has been no attempt to fix the four refineries over the past four years.
