A police officer in Kaduna state, Sgt Yusuf Bello, beat his wife and left her with a black eye after they had an arguement over N500.

I don't justify the man's actions in any way but Nigeria is a lawless piece of land mass. Not a nation nor a country. Even the handles your quoting hardly obey court order.
