Look at the good side of this man, he could have taken over easily after Abacha's death since every security of the country was under him but no he allowed the most senior officer (Gen. Abdulsalam Abubakar) become the head of state even handing over some security vote under his care. I know he erred some much but I pray the court tamper justice with mercy.

So we should thank a thief for not stealing? You think it is easy for a major to become the Head of State in Nigeria? The other Generals did not fear Mustapha, they were afraid of Abacha, if Mustapha had tried that nonense, Bamaiyi would have had his behind kicked all the way to his village.
