Building and Finding Trust; A Dealing/Behaviour Between Real
Estate Agents and Clients

Trust between agents and clients is a behavior/dealing that must exist between the two parties. As an individual(client) intending to buy properties, it is very necessary that you find trust from an agent when buying properties. Trust gives you as a client, the assurance; the assurance to also confide in your agent. The agent builds trust while the client finds it.
Actually, many people are cautious about who they buy lands from and where. Why? Trust; simply because of trust. This has obviously made some individual not to buy into real estate. I am literally speaking from the mind of some 'non potential would-have-been clients' and even especially from some of the potential ones.
Some found an agent/consultant and got what they wanted(lands/houses); but lost the 'trust' at the end. Follow and let's see why....

This trust is such that the agent/consultant didn't put them through into what they need to know or do to maintain their property and have permanent right and ownership to it. At the end, their properties become mystery and history --- been taken away from them which becomes their loss. This is where 'trust' is lost. The trust they had or never desired to find in a particular agent(probably an agent x).

I call an 'agent x' someone who probably knows how to sale a land but probably doesn't (know how to) put his/her clients through into what they need to do after buying a land/house.

"Trust me, most agent believe it is just making sales from prospects than putting them through thoroughly..."

This is a quote I would always want to mention to my clients when they try to feel indifferent about my services to them. I would always want to convince them with the truth about being loyal in serving them as an agent. I would go through the process of being a committed agent and do what is requisite to have them in safe hands especially with the supportive realty company I am partnered with.
When an individual has the motive of buying and investing in lands and houses, there might be these feelings of caution and unimpressiveness of which worry, doubt, double-mindness, and mixed feelings might follow in. I might be speaking from psychology .

What brings relief from these is ensuring yourself that you're going to get a sophisticated, selfless and very dedicated/committed agent who is able to put you through every process and give you assurance of property security and reward on investment . A 'rule of thumb' to ensure that you are working with the right agent is to study him/her. I particularly mean study and keep note of how he/she operates while at their service to you.

1⃣Is he/she well mannered and presentable?
2⃣Is he/she well-versed with real estate and its terms? (However some probably just ventured, so you might ask them since when they ventured into being a realty agent or any basic question.)
3⃣Did he/she leave you alone to the rest of securing your house/land and all after buying?(which isn't supposed to be so. A loyal agent is supposed to be committed; committed to helping you especially in achieving your goals).
4⃣. Did he/she give assured and quality support, essential details, and even ideas when leading you through the buying process of the house/land?
5⃣. Is he/she providing you or giving you that assurance and safe-haven from 'infest' of government in the property you want to purchase?
E.t.c

After doing all this, make sure you you go through the results you got from the agent's service to you and justify if he/she is an 'agent x' or would be a suitable agent for you.

Via this way, you are literally trying to make use of a magnifier to look through the agent thoroughly if he/she is whom you truly find trust and confidence in or unreliance and doubts as to be the right or wrong agent for you. If you find this agent to be true and trustworthy, you may refer him/her to friends so that your friends can be in a safe hands or haven from any infest(of property). It would really help them in maintaining the right agent and prevent unexpected property issues with the wrong or disloyal agent.

Furthermore, an agent who builds trust is one who is ever ready to give service appeal to the client. When one offers quality services to a client, we can say trust have been established and there is more reason for the client to be satisfied and reassured. When an agent provides trust to a client or a prospect, he his definitely giving relief to his/her client.

I always aim for and love to see happy satistfied clients.

All the best.
