I ordered a 32gb memory card online from jumia since on the 23rd of december, still i havent heard from them, none of their agent has called me even to confirm but when i track it, it says its still shipping.
this is my second time of buying from them the first time i bought a powerbank and it didnt take up to 4days before i received it.
please what should i do

I saw it somewhere on Jumia website that orders placed after Friday 20th December may be delivered in Jan 2020. If it is not a prepaid order i advice that you exercise patience. You can also reach them through the customer care line on the website or send them an email request.
