The landlorrd is a typical yoruba man.. In yoruba they say pele lako o labo..reading ur bros message triggered his reaction but he the landlord also forgot the adage that says eni tano laranta..the young man is the one feeling the pain so he as the right to complain ..i would advice you talk to ur bro to plz take tins easy with him,call the lanlord and him know he isnt trying to bé rude but not happy with the water issue..since d landlord as been responding to him before am sure a solution would come soon

Maybe the message didn't meet the landlord well

But reading between the line, seriously I won't blame any of them...they are both right and wrong
