I live in an Area where this Troublesome man oppressed people simply because he feels he is an untouchable. On the 15 th of December my wife was standing in front of my house when she noticed this man's son trying to open my immediate neighbor's house with a key, and the owner of the house has travelled to Abuja with all his family. So she reported the incidence to one of the elders of the Area to call the boy and caution him. The following day the mother of that boy came to my house and rain all sort of insult to my wife in front of another woman, then the Husband took the case to court that my wife is laying false accusation on his son. After we get to the court the Judge ask who reported the issue, the father said he did; then the judge said he has no right to report any criminal case on someone's behalf, then the father said the boy is less than 18 years that's why he reported it unbehalf of the son, then the judge dismissed the case and ordered the father to wait until the boy turns 18 before the boy can come and report the issue himself. Now I want to sue the mother of that boy for coming into my house and insult my wife. Pls I need legal advice on how to go about it. Thanks God bless you all.

No insult me o. Just my opinion; why don't you spend part of the money on a massage session for you and your wife?

I just don't see the need for a court case

The man says he wants to disgrace my wife, because he has been doing that to other people within that area. That's why I intend to teach him a lesson that he isn't untouchable.

That's not necessary.... You can do that when you have enough evidence!

Perhaps your should have a recorded evidence on hand. Let this one slide wait for him slip that is how you deal with a trouble maker

Actually I don't have any recorded evidence because I thought the matter isn't going to be like this, but for the woman to leave her house about 5 houses between us to come into my house and insult my wife in front of another woman who is ready to testify that anywhere; isn't that an evidence? Absolutely needless!

A troublesome person will always fall into many other trouble traps. If vengeance is your mission, be patient. he will certainly afford you another golden opportunity to teach him a lesson. Simply have sufficient evidences, e.g audio tapes, video records etc, but if you ask me sha, channel all that energy to positive things, except if it's absolutely necessary.
