Fidelity Bank Want To Frustrate Me by Iambabaman(m): 7:02am On Jan 02, 2020
My names are mr Azenabor favour Kingsley I own a smart phones, laptop computers, Gsm accessories shop( Ray kings info tech,) my office is located in Benin city edo state,
On 27/12/2019 I noticed my fidelity bank app wasn’t working whenever I want to transfer money from my account I gets error like ( No permit, security Eror ) I went to fidelity bank close to my office oba market road branch to Louge the complain, the operational manager said its network issue, he collected my account details to check , he later wrote on a piece of paper a first bank account customer victor Omoruyi that the said customer transfered twenty thousand into my account on the 20/12/ 2019 that the owner of the account report to police and went to get a court order to freeze my account, I ask the manager how do u expect me to know that the customer was fraudulent, the manager later ask me to write a latter to fidelity bank stating my involvement with the fraudulent transaction, which I did, with the aid of my cctv cameras, invoice issue to the customer I was able to get in touch with the very customer that transfer the money to my account Mr V.O by name from his first bank account ,
he said he never report the transaction fraudulent
He didn’t get any court order to freeze my fidelity bank account that he his surprise ,
Mr V. O came back to my office on Monday 30/12/19 to prove his innocence
We both went to his bank, first bank to check
And they said nothing of such , that we should
Both go to my bank fidelity bank to settle the issue, on getting there Mr V O wrote to my bank that he owns the first bank account he was the one that transfer the 20,000 to my account that he has not gone to get any court order to freeze my account , the oba market operational branch manager acknowledged the latter and told me they will get back to me , I and the first Bank customer left the bank 2hours later one mr Ohis called me from fidelity branch that it was not Victor Omoruyi again, that it was one unknown name from UBA bank
That reported the first Bank account via court order, that Mr V O transfered the sum of #20,000 to my fidelity account from the money They transfer from his U B A account,
That was why my account was frozen.
Immediately ask mr Ohis why did first bank didn’t freezed Mr V O's account if ur story is true and he he quickly hang the call on me and my business funds is tied up there am unable to currently carry out transactions as a result of this unreliable sets of staff and their inefficiency@ fidelity bank ,

My questions are:

If they claim to know what they are doing why is the account of the first bank customer still active as he is the recepient of the claimed fraudulent transaction and not me.

Secondly Why would the bank placed a restriction on my account and not the said fraudulent inflow as this is hindering other transactions.

Thirdly, why can't they provide the order to place the restrictions from the court so I can be informed and have my lawyer responding to them.

Lastly why so much misinformation on the reason for the restriction on the account as there seems to be a different response anytime I call there call center.

good people help me share till it's gets to the top..@ Fidelity Bank, @CEO: Nnamdi J. Okonkwo @fidelitybankplc@ngpolice@cpd@cbn.gov.ng kindly intervene before I loose my business I have taken out time to build . My contact: 08181455646
