Bloating, cramps and back pain in early pregnancy

As part of their premenstrual physical symptoms, many women suffer from bloating, cramping and low back pain. This also usually experienced when your uterus begins to grow in the early stage of pregnancy. Other early pregnancy symptoms usually include:
The lightest bleeding or No Period

Among the most obvious signs that allow a woman to suspect or know about her pregnancy, there is usually the omission of a menstrual period. However, there are a number of other symptoms and signs that give clues of early pregnancy.

All women do not necessarily undergo a menstrual period during the first weeks following its creation. In addition to mere confusion, this also leads to erroneous calculations of the due date and concerns related to the continuation of pregnancy.

Instead of normal periods, some women may experience ‘implantation bleeding’, despite having conceived. slight bleeding usually occurs about 12 days after the conception or fertilization of the ovule in the woman’s fallopian melody, as the developing fetus begins burrows in the lining of the mother’s uterus.

Implantation bleeding usually occur shortly before or almost at the same time as the period of a pregnant woman would normally have occurred. However, it is usually not as long or heavy as the normal average period.

Cardiovascular, blood flow and temperature changes

You will start to detect pregnancy or account of your symptoms 7 to 10 days after ovulation.
Increase blood flow during early pregnancy

Approximately six weeks after the last period of a pregnant woman, the volume of blood that now flows through her pregnant body will gradually increase.

The pregnancy requires significant changes in blood flow. The most obvious of these occurs in your uterus, as well as in the development of your placenta, which allows the fetus to feed. The blood flow to your skin also increases, which makes you feel a little warmer and even sweat more, especially on the feet and hands.

This increase in blood flow helps increase your body’s metabolism by almost 20%, which generates additional heat from the body to protect you from feeling too cold. During pregnancy, your core body temperature usually stands at around 37.8 ° Celsius, which is equivalent to around 100.4 ° Fahrenheit, while the normal body temperature is around 37 ° Celsius, which is equivalent to around 98.6º Fahrenheit. Surplus blood helps your body to meet the metabolic needs of your developing fetus, and in which it flows to other vital organs, such as the kidneys, etc.

Changes in the nipple and breast

Within 2 to 4 weeks after conception, your breasts will undergo a massive change.

Breast changes during pregnancy

Your breasts will begin to grow larger and develop under the direct influence of a special hormone in the body, known as estrogen. This hormone plays a major role during puberty, the development of her breasts.

The changes observed in your breasts during pregnancy are due to the formation of the growing milk ducts for later lactation purposes. An increase in blood supply will also cause the veins in your breasts become more evident during pregnancy. As a sign of pre-menstruation, some women may experience breast changes shortly after conception. Consequently, they can even detect changes before the date of your next period.

Frequent visits to the bathroom

Many women often complain of a repeated need to urinate during the period of their early pregnancy. However, you will begin to detect pregnancy or your symptoms count 7 to 10 days after ovulation, the likelihood that your will not experience it until almost the end of a 6 week gestation period, is more likely .

Why an urge to urinate more?
