Job Responsibilities

1. Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including maintenance, grounds, and security
2. Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and electrical are well-maintained
3. Drafting weekly reports and making written recommendations
4. Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments executed by tradesmen, such as plumbing and electrical repairs
5. Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
6. Ensuring that the building is clean and maintained
7. Inspection of the flats on a monthly basis
8. Carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks and run errands for the Landlord at all times

Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role
