Nigerian Court is just a building that gives justice to the rich and powerful. Whether it is supreme or customary they re the same

How many of them have indicted the president? Or are they all law abiding. Our democracy na demonstration of craze.

When they share the money it becomes a win win for both the sitting candidate and the judges..

Sweetness of power can't be over emphasized

This is a rape on Democracy. We all are aware that Okowa lost the election.

I'm highly dismayed and disappointed at this judgement.

As for Niger state, its victory for democracy and I applaud our judiciary for this laudable judgement.

I'm disappointed at the Taraba judgement. Our judiciary must wake up and stop all this kangaro judgement.

I'm interested and waiting for the Imo state judgement.

Supreme Court has becoming a place where they confirm everything.

The judges there are now rubber-stamp

Justice Eko held that the law is clear on the issue of disqualification of a candidate.

He held that the replacement sort by APC did not participate in the election and cannot be accorded such value, adding that having resolved all the issues against the appellant the effect of the disqualification is that all the votes cast for that candidate are wasted votes and cannot be scooped from the ‘dustbin’ and given to another.
He concluded that for a petition to be valid it must fulfill all conditions of law which is not in this case.
