Today I was in the church and the man of God emphasized on the need to harmonize prayer and hardwork, that both must be carried out for success to be achieved. The topic got me thinking because I know people who barely take prayers or belief in a supernatural being serious but they work their asses off and are living large. I've also seen people who work so hard and also pray always but they are just managing year after year without any significant financial breakthrough. So, I want to ask, how much impact does prayer have on financial success or success in life generally. Please, pardon any typos

Prayer has a huge impact, the issue is people dont:
1. Have faith in God or in his servants the prophets
2. Don't know what they need,
3.many are asking God give give me, instead of show me---which is the prayer of adults
4. Many are not praying specific prayers.. Some pray God make me rich this year
5.many are not desperate like Hannah who prayed give. Me this and I wld give u this
6.some never add fasting.. Can't do dry fasting for 2 days
7. Also praying with the word of God in mind
