I'd like to know how to invest it. I know it's a small amount but I don't want it wasting away in my account.

The money to me is too small to start any reasonable business or investment. Engaging in any business/investment that demands for your time will also cause some academic distraction.

My advice.
Approach a popular real estate company and buy like a half plot of land with the money in a potential area. Thank me back in few years later.

Put it away in wema bank alat account. Apply for their goal savings investment package within the alat app or via alat.com.ng and you will receive 10% guaranteed interest per annum. That will be 15000 naira per annum. At graduation you may have a tidy sum. Thank me later.

I'm a student and I got the sum of #150,000 from a scholarship award few months ago and I'll be a beneficiary of the award till I graduate.
I haven't really done anything with it so it has just been redundant in my account. I'm not business minded so I can't venture into any business, atleast for now.
I'm also quite confident that I wont be stranded because I get enough support from home to fund my needs in school and that is why I'm thinking of investing the money for let's say a period of 2-3years.
I'd like to know how to invest it. I know it's a small amount but I don't want it wasting away in my account.

How about investing it on Accessories business, all you have to do is to get a small container to store your goods.

At least it will be a small business enterprise.

Early last year, I once had an argument with a friend on investment and I asked him to show me any online company that have stood the test of time of 6 yrs in consistent payment and I will invest right away.
We delve into research and we found one. It has been paying investors dividend on their shares for 7 years counting. Ask around and check reviews.
