Mia3 all the way, when I hear people say the screen is small I still don't understand ooo, they should jejeli buy laptop n be making calls with it, the only issue is the display which to me guun its not even a problem I don't need halogen lamp on my eyes abeg.
well stock UI tho, I bliv u can flash other rom on it, or use third party apps, which I don't think it's much of a big deal.

OP Id have adviced xiaomi Mi cc9 but ur budget is small, so go for the mi a3. Despite the 720p and lesser PPI the display is still ok, especially for its size.

Don't mind the guy disturbing I got the mi A3 128gb for 65k .... It has a beautiful screen and processor for the price .... Very clean UI and long lasting battery!!! You're sure of updates up to android 11!!
