Equity A.T Mohammed of the Federal High Court, Port Harcourt, on Friday, 17 January, 2020 condemned one Tarila Ebizimor to seven years detainment for acquiring cash under misrepresentation to the tune of N4.000.000.00 (Four Million Naira).

The convict, a director in the Security Department of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC was arraigned by the Port Harcourt Zonal Office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on a four-tally charge.

Ebizimor's excursion to jail started at some point in August, 2013 when he marched himself as close to home partner of the overseeing executive of the NDDC and got the total of N4million from the applicant on the appearance that he will help encourage the honor of street development agreement to him.
