He is fighting for his father's properties. Therefore, he has all the right to fight for them. I don't know why Nigeria loves injustice.

Saraki had made mistake as a leader by surrounding himself with enemies that turn back to bring him down. Meanwhile I believe in him he will bounce back stronger.
Saraki can bounce...surely. But he will never be SP, VP, or the president of Nigeria. He can go to senate again, go to HOR, chair committees, be PDP chairman , minister etc etc

Under Nigerian laws, a limited liability company must have two shareholders. If either one or both are dead or extinct, the company ceases to exist.”*

Na wa..I'm not aware of this law
a limited liability company has minimum of 2 shareholders and maximum of 50. the death of one shareholders doesnt signify the end of the business and the shares of one owners can be transfered to another one unlike sole proprietorship

Weed is not good on Sundays.

Only an almajirin or a dull minded person enslaved by religion and lost to reality of modern day thinks a normal person is insane because he cannot come to term or understand the reality.

Amotekun is a consciousness. Amotekun is a wakeup call. It is a movement.

Several years back, it was at Ilorin I saw children with plates in their hands begging for foods and alms. They were speaking Yoruba. They said they are Almajirins. Those with almajirin background or mentality will never understand reality and dynamics of freedom.

Can someone just ban this idiot posting nudity everywhere on nairaland?.. Perverted Retard angry

Mods will not ban him because the mods love porn, but if one Igbo boy abuse you and your tribe and you curse his flat headed forefathers, you will be banned. I don't know if IPOB now pays Nairaland mods.

That is the law. A limited liability company must have at LEAST two shareholders. However, shareholdings are inheritable.

DUMB DICTATORS. SMH... undecided

If you really believe you have the law on your side, go to court...
The government should NOT be lawless and constitute itself into accuser, judge and jury, nor indulge in self-help.

Define injustice! If a nobody did what Sarahi and his family did, the whole family will be in prison or worse!

If he has a legal document to prove he owns the land let him present it!

Since you have CAMA with you, just check the minimum number of shareholders for all types of companies. Simple
