The avocado is light green, pear-shaped, and often mistakenly called a vegetable. Avocados are actually fruits and they are packed with minerals, vitamins, and phytonutrients, which are beneficial chemical compounds that naturally occur in plants.

Avocados are not only tasty to eat, they are also good for the skin. An avocado face mask will treat skin disorders and keep the face looking smooth and beautiful.

Most of us grew up knowing about the nutritional benefits of yogurt. You’ve probably even incorporated it into your diet through smoothies or fruit-laden afternoon snacks. What Makes Yogurt So Great? Simply put, it’s packed full of vitamins and minerals like: B12, B2, B5, Calcium, Lactic acid, Zinc, Alpha hydroxy acids
