For election to be seen as free and fair there must not be any incident of foul play. How could something so important like these ddc machines go missing; even if it is only one that is missing it has cast doubts over the credibility of the whole exercise. Its still business as usual for the evil doers of this country. The solution is simple; since the machines are not officially handed over to Inec yet, the suppliers should be asked to recalibrate the machines or change the softwares at their own additional expense. Otherwise the contract should be frustrated, even if the remaining four machines are recovered, they might have been copied or tampered with
